Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide customized travel solutions.
- Book hotels, resorts, flights, and transportation as per client requirements.
- Design and sell domestic/international tour packages.
- Provide information on destinations, travel regulations, and itineraries.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and confirmations.
- Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues, changes, or cancellations efficiently.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and travel portals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Sales orientation with ability to upsell packages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and booking platforms (Amadeus/GDS preferred).
