Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle client inquiries and provide customized travel solutions.
  2. Book hotels, resorts, flights, and transportation as per client requirements.
  3. Design and sell domestic/international tour packages.
  4. Provide information on destinations, travel regulations, and itineraries.
  5. Maintain records of bookings, payments, and confirmations.
  6. Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and service providers.
  7. Ensure timely communication and excellent customer service.
  8. Resolve customer issues, changes, or cancellations efficiently.

Key Skills:

  1. Knowledge of hotel booking systems and travel portals.
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  3. Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  4. Sales orientation with ability to upsell packages.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and booking platforms (Amadeus/GDS preferred).

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
