Position Title
Junior Technical Consultant in SaaS
Key Responsibilities
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Configure, manage, and optimize M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) including user accounts, licenses, access control, and security settings. Oversee system integrations with other enterprise tools and manage automation/scripts such as PowerShell.
• Google Workspace Administration: Oversee Google Workspace environment – Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet. Manage user accounts, organizational units, security policies, access permissions, and troubleshoot issues. Support compliance and data governance best practices.
• Business Email Migrations: Lead and execute email migrations across platforms (e.g., Google Workspace to M365). Develop migration strategy, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless transition.
• Endpoint Management (Intune): Administer and manage device enrollments, security policies, and compliance using Microsoft Intune for mobile and desktop endpoints.
• Microsoft Defender Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Defender for endpoints and email security. Respond to security alerts and proactively improve security postures.
• Support & Ticket Handling: Provide end-user support across collaboration tools (M365 and Google Workspace). Handle technical support tickets, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver user training and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years proven experience in M365 and Google Workspace administration, with hands-on expertise in email migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Admin Console).
• Working experience with endpoint management (Intune or similar), and Microsoft Defender.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Desired Qualifications
• Microsoft or Google Workspace certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: M365 Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator Associate).
• Experience in large-scale email and data migrations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.
