Kriti Diamonds is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth.
2. Understand customer preferences and provide suitable product recommendations.
3. Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
4. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
5. Maintain showroom display and ensure all products are presented attractively.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
