Senior Student Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Guide students through the complete study abroad process including course selection, university applications, visa guidance, and documentation.
2. Counsel students and parents on overseas education options, admission requirements, and career pathways.
3. Supervise and mentor junior counsellors to ensure quality counselling and target achievement.
4. Handle escalations and provide solutions to student concerns.
5. Maintain updated knowledge of universities, admission processes, and visa regulations across multiple countries.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, partners, and stakeholders.
7. Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
8. Achieve monthly enrolment targets and contribute to overall business growth.
