We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive premium category sales in our target regions. The role involves field sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets through strong networking and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit clients/customers regularly to promote and sell products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide timely sales reports and feedback to management.
- Support in promotional activities and events to boost sales.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in premium category sales (luxury products, automobiles, high-end FMCG, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (preferred).
