We are looking for a proactive and skilled Project Supervisor to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at construction and interior project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and all interior trades.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and ensuring correct materials reach the site on time.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, progress updates, and documentation.
- Identify site issues and work with the project manager to resolve them quickly.
- Ensure installation of interior elements such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, lighting, and MEP works are completed correctly.
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates when required.
- Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper workforce management.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience supervising construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior/exterior construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage workforce effectively.
- Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
- Understanding of project scheduling and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site management.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers efficiently.
