Project Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Project Supervisor to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at construction and interior project sites.
2. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and all interior trades.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
5. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
6. Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and ensuring correct materials reach the site on time.
7. Maintain daily site reports, attendance, progress updates, and documentation.
8. Identify site issues and work with the project manager to resolve them quickly.
9. Ensure installation of interior elements such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, lighting, and MEP works are completed correctly.
10. Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates when required.
11. Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper workforce management.

Qualifications

1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience supervising construction or interior fit-out projects.
3. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior/exterior construction techniques.
4. Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
5. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage workforce effectively.
7. Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
2. Understanding of project scheduling and quality control.
3. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site management.
4. Ability to coordinate with vendors and suppliers efficiently.
