We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our flour manufacturing unit. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring quality control, and achieving production targets while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the production process and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Plan daily production schedules and allocate tasks to the team.
3. Monitor machinery, equipment, and production lines for efficiency.
4. Ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards in flour processing.
5. Maintain records of raw materials, production output, and wastage.
6. Train and guide workers for effective performance.
7. Coordinate with maintenance, packing, and warehouse teams.
8. Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.

Requirements:

1. 3–6 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a food or flour manufacturing unit.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Knowledge of production machinery and processes in flour milling.
4. Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
5. Ability to maintain production timelines and targets.
6. Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or related field.
