Packing Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Packing Supervisor to oversee the packing operations at our flour manufacturing facility. The role requires managing the packing process, ensuring quality standards, and leading the packing team to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the packing department and team.
2. Ensure the accurate and timely packing of flour products.
3. Monitor the quality and consistency of packing materials and finished products.
4. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the packing area.
5. Train and guide packing staff on procedures and safety protocols.
6. Prepare daily production reports and assist in inventory management.
7. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. 3–5 years of experience in packing supervision, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
3. Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in a production environment.
4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in shifts (if required).
6. Qualification: High School/ITI/Diploma in relevant fields.
