Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operational activities of the insurance division.
- Process insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client policies, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for premium payments, renewals, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy schedules.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI).
- Support management in audits, reconciliations, and other operational tasks.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of insurance processes (life/general/health).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
