Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle day-to-day operational activities of the insurance division.
  2. Process insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims efficiently.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client policies, documentation, and MIS reports.
  4. Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams for smooth workflow.
  5. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for premium payments, renewals, and documentation.
  6. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy schedules.
  7. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI).
  8. Support management in audits, reconciliations, and other operational tasks.

Key Skills:

  1. Good knowledge of insurance processes (life/general/health).
  2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  4. Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
