HR & Admin Responsibilities
- Prepare and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct recruitment and support smooth onboarding of employees.
- Track vacancies and identify potential candidates.
- Inform IT and Training teams about new joiners and coordinate their induction process.
- Conduct salary negotiations within budget.
- Prepare employee contracts and salary calculations.
- Draft job descriptions and KPIs for performance assessment in coordination with department heads.
- Support employee relations by resolving conflicts and grievances.
- Ensure a positive work environment by addressing disciplinary issues in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and leave plans.
- Conduct exit formalities for smooth relieving.
- Prepare and update employee records.
- Conduct presentations and orientation programmes for new joiners.
- Coordinate external training sessions for team members.
- Collaborate with the training team for team development.
- Implement and manage HRMS.
- Organise events and initiatives to boost employee morale.
- Assist in performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Manage vendor relationships.
Admin & Project Coordination Responsibilities
- Prepare checklists for all projects.
- Attend project review meetings and update project status.
- Coordinate statutory approvals from government authorities by providing necessary documents.
- Maintain registers and files.
- Conduct interviews for project recruitments and onboarding.
- Act as the point of contact for project status communication.
- Support HR policy preparation.
- Coordinate grievance redressal.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements.
- Coordinate exit processes and leave management.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise.
- Process payroll including PF and ESI calculations.
- Support budget preparation.
- Identify and collaborate with institutes/organizations for industrial tie-ups.
- Coordinate purchase of materials.
- Organise live and online events, including education fairs.
- Negotiate with vendors.
- Verify bills and coordinate with Finance for fund release.
- Prepare training schedules (e.g., for agri-farmers).
- Coordinate with Admin and Purchasing departments.
- Act as the bridge between projects and management.
- Coordinate student placements with placement coordinators.
- Collaborate with personnel to solve operational issues.
