HR & Admin Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and update HR policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct recruitment and support smooth onboarding of employees.
  3. Track vacancies and identify potential candidates.
  4. Inform IT and Training teams about new joiners and coordinate their induction process.
  5. Conduct salary negotiations within budget.
  6. Prepare employee contracts and salary calculations.
  7. Draft job descriptions and KPIs for performance assessment in coordination with department heads.
  8. Support employee relations by resolving conflicts and grievances.
  9. Ensure a positive work environment by addressing disciplinary issues in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  10. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  11. Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and leave plans.
  12. Conduct exit formalities for smooth relieving.
  13. Prepare and update employee records.
  14. Conduct presentations and orientation programmes for new joiners.
  15. Coordinate external training sessions for team members.
  16. Collaborate with the training team for team development.
  17. Implement and manage HRMS.
  18. Organise events and initiatives to boost employee morale.
  19. Assist in performance reviews and provide feedback.
  20. Manage vendor relationships.

Admin & Project Coordination Responsibilities

  1. Prepare checklists for all projects.
  2. Attend project review meetings and update project status.
  3. Coordinate statutory approvals from government authorities by providing necessary documents.
  4. Maintain registers and files.
  5. Conduct interviews for project recruitments and onboarding.
  6. Act as the point of contact for project status communication.
  7. Support HR policy preparation.
  8. Coordinate grievance redressal.
  9. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements.
  10. Coordinate exit processes and leave management.
  11. Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise.
  12. Process payroll including PF and ESI calculations.
  13. Support budget preparation.
  14. Identify and collaborate with institutes/organizations for industrial tie-ups.
  15. Coordinate purchase of materials.
  16. Organise live and online events, including education fairs.
  17. Negotiate with vendors.
  18. Verify bills and coordinate with Finance for fund release.
  19. Prepare training schedules (e.g., for agri-farmers).
  20. Coordinate with Admin and Purchasing departments.
  21. Act as the bridge between projects and management.
  22. Coordinate student placements with placement coordinators.
  23. Collaborate with personnel to solve operational issues.
