Job Summary:
We are hiring a Food Order & Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate customer orders and ensure timely dispatch of food items. The candidate will act as a key link between the kitchen, delivery team, and customers to maintain smooth operations and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and process customer food orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared on time.
- Manage packaging and labeling of orders for accurate dispatch.
- Liaise with delivery personnel to ensure timely delivery of food.
- Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer queries.
- Maintain records of daily orders, dispatch status, and reports.
- Ensure hygiene and quality standards are followed during order handling.
Requirements:
- Graduate/ Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in food order management, dispatch, or logistics (catering/hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations.
