Job Summary:

We are hiring a Food Order & Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate customer orders and ensure timely dispatch of food items. The candidate will act as a key link between the kitchen, delivery team, and customers to maintain smooth operations and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, verify, and process customer food orders.
  2. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared on time.
  3. Manage packaging and labeling of orders for accurate dispatch.
  4. Liaise with delivery personnel to ensure timely delivery of food.
  5. Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer queries.
  6. Maintain records of daily orders, dispatch status, and reports.
  7. Ensure hygiene and quality standards are followed during order handling.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate/ Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in food order management, dispatch, or logistics (catering/hospitality experience preferred).
  3. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  4. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations.
