We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and staff supervision while ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute menus with a focus on quality and variety
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations
Maintain food cost control and manage kitchen inventory
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with management on menu updates and special events
Deliver consistent culinary excellence and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of various cuisines, kitchen operations, and cost management
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
