Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate sales opportunities for luxury weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, agencies, and corporates.
  3. Meet clients to understand requirements and present customized event solutions.
  4. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Coordinate with the operations and planning team for smooth event execution.
  7. Maintain client database and prepare regular sales reports.
  8. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.

Key Skills:

  1. Proven sales experience in events / hospitality industry.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
  4. Goal-driven with strong business acumen.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
