Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to mutual funds and securities over phone, email, and chat.
Guide customers through basic processes such as account opening, transactions, and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
Ensure prompt and professional customer service.
Requirements:
Any graduate (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic knowledge of mutual funds/financial products is an added advantage.
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
Salary: As per industry standards.
