Architect

Design and oversee built environments from concept through completion. You’ll translate client needs into functional, safe, and visually compelling buildings or spaces, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring design quality, functionality, and innovation.
2. Understand client requirements, prepare feasibility studies, and develop design proposals that align with usage, budget, and environmental considerations.
3. Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications; revise as needed to address feedback or technical issues.
4. Ensure compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations throughout the project.
5. Make site visits to monitor project status, quality, and adherence to plans; report updates to stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to coordinate work and solve design or execution challenges.
7. Stay informed on architectural trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design approaches.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience working as an Architect, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design and technical skills.
2. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
3. Proficiency with design and drafting software; strong drawing skills and spatial visualization.
4. Excellent communication, project management, and coordination abilities.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
