Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Finance Associate to support our Middle East (UAE) clients in finance and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent numerical ability, and the flexibility to work in a BPO environment handling international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day finance and accounting processes for UAE clients.
Assist in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Support payroll processing, VAT compliance, and other UAE-specific financial requirements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE accounting standards and client guidelines.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver reports within timelines.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security in line with BPO best practices.
Skills & Competencies
Strong accounting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Good communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic knowledge is a plus).
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Strong team player with attention to detail.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of finance/accounts experience.
Prior BPO/KPO experience in Middle East client handling will be an added advantage.
