Role Overview:

We are hiring All-Rounder Chefs (Commi 1) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in preparing multiple cuisines, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring food quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per menu and standards

Assist in menu planning and daily specials

Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices

Support senior chefs in kitchen operations

Manage stock levels and reduce food wastage

Work as part of a team to deliver consistent taste and quality

Requirements:

Proven experience as Commi 1 / All-Rounder Chef

Knowledge of multiple cuisines (South Indian, North Indian, Continental, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and time management skills
