Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate (Junior) to join our team in Trivandrum. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in UK accounting and finance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for ACCA pursuing or affiliate candidates to build their career in global finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records for UK clients.

Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.

Work on accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and tax-related tasks as assigned.

Collaborate with the senior finance team to meet deadlines and client requirements.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

Familiarity with UK accounting/taxation practices is an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

ACCA pursuing or ACCA Affiliate.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
