Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage, and oversee multiple construction and interior projects simultaneously.
2. Lead project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and overall execution.
3. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, finalize designs, and provide regular project updates.
4. Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project timelines.
5. Supervise site teams including supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
6. Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
7. Conduct site reviews to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion.
8. Manage procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and material deliveries.
9. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
10. Ensure installation of interior elements—ceilings, partitions, flooring, furniture, lighting, MEP works—meets design and quality requirements.
11. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress charts, and cost tracking.
12. Coordinate project handover, snag management, and final completion documentation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
2. 5+ years of experience in construction or interior project management.
3. Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
4. Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, schedules, and technical documents.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under deadlines.
7. Proficiency in project management tools/software is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience managing residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
2. Vendor management and cost-control expertise.
3. Strong negotiation and documentation skills.
4. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
